The Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA), in collaboration with Invest Cyprus, successfully participated in the UCITS & AIFMD Luxembourg Conference, one of Europe's premier gatherings for the investment funds industry, bringing together leading asset managers, fund service providers, regulators and institutional investors from across the globe.

As part of the programme, CIFA and Invest Cyprus co-hosted the exclusive Investment Funds Breakfast Session – "Exploring Synergies with Cyprus", which attracted strong interest from international fund professionals.

The breakfast provided an excellent platform to showcase Cyprus's investment funds ecosystem, highlighting the jurisdiction's competitive advantages, robust regulatory framework, highly specialised professional services sector and strategic location as a gateway to European and international markets. Participants also had the opportunity to exchange views on current industry trends, discuss cross-border opportunities and explore how Cyprus can support fund structuring, administration and international growth strategies.

The strong attendance and highly positive engagement reaffirmed the growing international interest in Cyprus as an investment funds jurisdiction and underscored the importance of targeted international outreach in strengthening the country's position within the European funds landscape.
