The Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA) extends its warm congratulations to the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) on the occasion of its 30th anniversary.

Over the past three decades, CySEC has played a pivotal role in the development, supervision and modernisation of Cyprus’s capital markets and investment ecosystem, while strengthening investor protection and enhancing the international credibility of the jurisdiction.

The recent anniversary conference, attended by CIFA officials, brought together leading representatives from Cyprus and the international regulatory community to discuss the future of financial regulation, market evolution, digital transformation and artificial intelligence in financial services — reflecting both the progress achieved and the challenges ahead.

CIFA would like to congratulate CySEC, its leadership and its people for this important milestone and for their ongoing contribution to the stability, transparency and competitiveness of the Cypriot financial sector.
